Description[]
As Mamoru stops the smaller Usagi (Chibiusa), who only had a fake gun, another evil group led by Saphir's older brother Prince Demande seeks to target the Silver Crystal. One of the members, Rubeus, sends his servants, the four Specter Sisters, to accomplish this task.
Upon being taken back to Usagi's home, Chibiusa hypnotizes Usagi's family into letting her stay with them. This makes Usagi more determined to find out just who Chibiusa really is and what her true purpose is here on Earth.
At the Fruits Parlor Crown Luna gives the Inner Senshi each a Star Power Stick and all a Communicator. Rei warns the others of an impending threat.
Rei discovers an infiltration at her school by Koan of the Black Moon Clan. The Senshi transform unaware that Chibiusa is watching them. Koan traps Sailor Mars in an un-extinguishable blue flame. As Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask try to save her, they bring forth the Cutie Moon Rod, performing Moon Princess Halation to beat Koan. However, the blue flame remains unbroken, and Sailor Mars is captured by Rubeus.
