Star Power Sticks are the second transformation items of the Inner Senshi.

The Star Power Sticks (also know as Star Power Wands or simply Wands) were given to Minako Aino, Rei Hino, Makoto Kino and Ami Mizuno by Luna along with their new communicators at the Fruits Parlor Crown to replace the Inner Senshi's destroyed Transformation Pens.
The revived Moon Castle brought stronger power to these new magical evolved transformation sticks. The Inner Senshi are stronger and have far more effective elemental attacks that are twenty times greater then their previous attacks.
Minako's Star Stick is able to alert her to somebody playing the Sailor V video game, which is the entrance to the Sailor Guardian's Headquarters.
In Season 3, the girls use the Star Power Sticks to transform with stronger planet power.
