The Spiral Heart Moon Rod is a pretty rod Neo-Queen Serenity uses to control the Silver Crystal and create miracles. Chibiusa gives Usagi this new sceptre as gift from Neo-Queen Serenity, in gratitude for saving Crystal Tokyo.
The Spiral Heart Moon Rod replaced her Cutie Moon Rod as Sailor Moon's main weapon.
